Incompetent, meals WILL be wrong 9 out of 10 times, Store gives almost ZERO shifts to older, qualified experienced staff, priorities the Dellios family which conveniently are all managers at this store now and Children which are cheap to employee but in the long run, are so slow and incompetent, they are loosing this store more then they are saving by not giving there experience, qualified staff shifts. Also, funny how someone can do a certain shift ALL YEAR and loose them without consultation just because some other selfish person want's them over Christmas, mind you, he doesn't do them any other time of the year! but nah, stuff the young lady who has put all her effort into her shifts all year!
It's a joke, this store's management is a joke, and it's criminal. They need to stop hiring incompetent children as managers, and start looking at the big picture, how to run a SMART business, which they currently wouldn't know any thing about.
My partner is a Crew trainer, has been for over a year now roughly, not a single crew training shift in that entire time! No wonder all the new staff are terrible, because they are trained by terrible crew trainers, as the experienced ones, never get any shift.

Written but one annoyed customer, and a friend to many employee's at this store who are ALL over the way this store is run, and the way the Dellios's (All managers now!) treat customers and employee's, they will abuse employee's for making a mistake while in front if customers, they give ZERO informative feedback and zero feedback at all, just abuse for making a mistake, they will also do this to customers, as I witnessed a store manager named Angelika yelling, and waving her arms in anger at a customer, after SHE got the meal wrong, she then tried to blame it on the customer, That is wrong there mangers are wrong, and this needs to STOP!
