Had my 15,000km service completed on my VW Jetta, but when I got home realised the car computer had not been reset as it kept beeping that it was over due for a service. Took my car back the following weekend as agreed only to find they were closed. I took it back once again the following weekend, and the owner was not able to reset it because he thought their software may not be up to date for such a new car and stated that thats probably why the boys did not do it at the service!! Aren't they a VW specialist? Completely unacceptable reason to not complete a job properly and not discuss with the customer.
After this I was told to get the dealership to complete this issue, found out at a cost of $77. Not my responsibility to pay this when it should have been part of the service!! I was asked to bring it back for a third time, the mechanic was somehow now able to complete the update!!
Terrible service and will not ever take my car to this mechanics. Not sure what makes them specialists.

These guys were great. Had a leaking head gasket on my 2001 Subaru outback and was quoted $5000 to fix it from Subaru. Took it to these guys and even upon the discovery that my clutch needed replacing the entire job ended up costing me around $3800. These guys saved me so much money and more then happy with the work they've done on the car.

shittest mechanics i have ever been to. my car was yellow stickered and they had helped in the failing of the second test because i sent it there for brake clips and throttle position sensor replacement and after they finished the brakes were leaking and the tps had not changed $250 later. i sent it back there on warranty as well as get other thing fixed they then replaced 2 seatbelts that had been fixed. i was stickered for my throttle position sensor and $2500 later (30% of the cost of the car) it is still not fixed they did not call me to see if i wanted to go ahead with certain bits and pieces and fixed things not on the defect list. they did not think or consider hey the client is a 19 year old apprentice he might not have the f ucking money to fix s hit he might not want f ucking done!!! do not use this mechanic they are slow, expensive and have 1 too many chromosomes in there neanderthal skulls. oh and he said because my subaru is imported it was more difficult to work on and cost more labor when every subaru is and import you spastic pineapple! being a subaru specialist they should have had no difficulty with my car seeing as they've been in business for over 30 years!
