Just ordered a bike to hire and I would like to say that Hollee was awesome with everything. Her mannerism, professionalism on the way she conducted herself over the phone was informative, wonderful and so polite. Thank you very much. With this sort of service I would definitely recommend this store to everybody.

The hire and offhire of the Treadmill and Bike with these guys was so easy and straightforward. Both peices of equipment were placed into the home and set up for us at time of delivery

I was keen to hire a piece of exercise equipment over the winter season. I researched a few companies online and found Fleet Fitness to be the most user friendly website. The website was easy to navigate and all relevant information for hiring a piece of exercise equipment was clear and understandable. I appreciated the fact that the hiring process was simple and stress free with three simple choices at the end of the hire period. (Re-hire, purchase the product or return the item) Thank you for including both delivery and collection of the hired equipment in the same price.
I followed up my research by visiting the Balcatta store to try the equipment that I was keen on. I was greeted by Emily who was polite, cheerful and answered all my silly questions. I liked it how all the products I saw on your website were positioned on the showroom floor and I could go straight to the machine I wanted to try out. The website photos depicted your showroom exactly, so I felt immediately comfortable, as walking into a fitness equipment showroom is way out of my comfort zone. On Thursday 24 Sept we had our new U4000 exercise bike delivered.

I just wanted to personally thank-you and Fleetfitness for what has been one of the best examples of customer service that I have experienced since we move to WA 8 years ago.

When we purchased the bike over the phone, I was advised that the bike would be delivered on Thursday 24 Sept and it was.

I was told that I would receive a phone call between 11am and 2 pm to advise that the bike would be approximately 15 min away, I did receive the phone call and the delivery was actually 10 minutes away - perfect.

The bike was setup for us, and when an issue was observed, the situation was resolved immediately without dispute, angst or lack of concern from Fleetfitness.

This made the decision to purchase the bike from Fleetfitness the absolute correct one.

Thank you very much for that, I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who is looking at buying or renting an exercise bike that they need not look any further than Fleetfitness.

PS the bike has been great, so much better that the previous bike we had.
