Third world customer services!!!

My wife and i decided to lease the apartment we have stay for 8years, Finally! So we engaged a property agent nonetheless the agent requested a copy of our CT(certificate title) in order to lease but we do not even have a copy based on all our records so We reached out to our real estate agent and BOTH of our real estate and property agent had insisted that Our settlement agent should be the one to provide us a copy of our CT so we reached out to Kindman conveyancing services. They did not even bother to reply and just directed us to Landgate.

So unprofessionals!!!

Terrible customer services Ever!!

Recently I had reached out to them on some dispute with a property that They had done previously, without a doubt They Never follow up and left completely clueless like a Typical unprofessional irresponsible property settlement Agent!!

If Only I can report their "work practice" to a relevant Department and even suspend or banned their licences!!!

That's the Least they Deserved :)

Kidman Conveyancing made the settlement process really simple and kept me informed throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a settlement agent in Perth.

Recently ，hired their services at settlement one of the property transactions bought in mcCallum lane Victoria park but upon settlement she then only told me she Can’t provide me any of the Documents nor file(s) she had Quoted and work with upon her contract as per promised!!!

This is just pure 100% Scamm!!!

“At Kidman conveyancing services we do not charge a Flat fee which means you are Never over charged” - Does it even make a Sense !!

Either you get charged a flat fee then you Never over charge or IF you do not charge a flat fee you will be Over charge!!
