Pool Controls

Had a Pool Controls SWC35 installed a couple of years ago and has run hassle-free until recently. I had an issue with getting the cell out of the housing, so called Pool Controls head office for warranty repair. There was a little frustration initially, before the service tech came out and the problem was understood, so I was getting myself ready for the "it's your fault" argument... which never came.

The service tech Paul had to come out twice, however both times he arrived super quick (within 24hrs), fixed the issue, and was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have also called occasionally for phone support, and have been patiently talked through pool chemistry that I find difficult to get my head around sometimes.

I don't really expect 100% trouble-free operation out of much these days, but the Pool Controls equipment is solidly manufactured and has performed well on the whole over the last 2x years.

Having superb after sales service and friendly phone support makes all the difference in my book. This peace of mind is worth signing up for.
