The company delivered prompt, exceptional service. The work was done very carefully, with clear feedback and explanation throughout. One of the requirements was a complicated replacement of a leaking toilet and the job was perfectly done. Fantastic company overall.

The tenants of my house urgently requested plumbing service as there was heavy water leakage from the first floor shower to the area below in the ground floor. To avoid further damage to the ceiling they turned off the outside main and have no water supply.
Called Debbie from A.P. and she advised that the 1st step is to carryout pressure testing to detect any leakage in the pipes. The plumber arrived same day and after the testing detected no leakage in the pipes.
He was competent, contacted me with the diagnoses and asked me to proceed with the required repairs.

Matt came out on time, was polite and explained everything, so easy to deal with. After making some cosmetic improvements to my unit (to put on the market), I needed a toilet fixed and the kitchen tap replaced.
Booking in the service call was very simple and the response was prompt. They were not only able to coordinate a time that suited the real estate agent but also picked up the keys from the agent and dropped them back on completion - wasn't an issue at all.
When I inspected the workmanship (on the morning of the open house), there wasn't a need to clean anything - not even a wipe down. You couldn't tell the new carpet had been walked on and the bathroom / kitchen looked just as good as when the professional cleaners left!!!
I wouldn't hesitate both recommending and using the services Active Plumbing in the future.
