Paul Cox Floor & Wall Tiling

A nice fellow when he's around but unfortunately the most unreliable tradesperson I have ever dealt with. Doesn't reply to messages, sms, just leaves you wondering why he didn't turn up as agreed. A real shame.

Paul worked on my bathroom, the tiles and grout cracked, but worst of all the waterproofing failed in 6 years. Now I'm trying to contact him to fix the issue but he seems to be ignoring our calls. And floor and wall outside the bathroom is destroyed and will now cost me $1000s to fix

I am so disappointed in the workmanship Paul Cox did in my bathroom renovation. I was initially upset that the tiles didn't line up and the corners were sloppy and the floor seemed uneven, but now less than a year later the tiles are popping off the walls!

I have had to get another tiler to redo the whole bathroom. I am out of pocket thousands but would never let Paul work on any of my projects again after seeing the shoddy job he did the first time.

Couldn't be happier with Paul's professional workmanship & friendly service. Easy to contact. Great quote. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
