Strata Personal Management

OK it's not just me! This lady is terrible, acts like she owns the complex when she should be providing a service. No idea of or interest in the law, just makes it up as she goes along based on her opinion of what is right and wrong. Gets angry if you ask her anything which I suspect is to hide that she does not know what she is doing. Waste of money and surprised she continues to get away with it.

agree with both comments below - we are trying to find a new strata manager ... she never answers phone calls, txt messages or emails ... minutes of meetings should be sent within a week of the meeting or AGM Minutes come out almost a year later ... she has lost us money and now we need to find it ... I will never recommend this company ... steer clear is all I can say ... one star is too many ...

very rude and condescending. The lady that works for this company is hopeless. i have make 4 phone calls trying to get her to complete simples tasks, i have given up, i will now be talking with the neighbours and moving to a new strata company

Very disappointed with this service. Not setting initial common accounts up until the point of termination of service ie electricity . Paying bills late and owners incurring late interest. Paying same bills twice. Poor communication skills...very rude and condescending . Sending minutes of meetings extremely late...not happy :( does not deserve the one star
