This clown company is meant to be the repair service agent for Mitsubishi. They don't make contact with you, they refuse to return calls and they don't get the job done they're supposed to do as an authorised repair agent. 5 weeks and counting without heating just outside of Ballarat thanks to this do nothing, know nothing, inept, useless mob

I had the privilege of some of the best customer service today. Not only did they wait for me to get home (a handful of minutes, but still)-- they showed me the problem, took plenty of photos for me, and lodged the warranty paperwork. So polite too, even with my barking dogs. Alexei from Creswick highly recommends!!!

Absolutely hopeless.

No customer service.

They are the LG warranty assessor for Ballarat. They are contracted to provide assessor support as per LG timeframes. They do not comply.

It took 10 days to even get a response, when it was supposed to be within 48 hours. Another day for him to come out and assess. He said 3-7 days to get the part.

I had to follow up on the 7th day, they never contacted me. Another day later he turned up to fix the problem. It didn't work. Another day later, he still hasn't given his report to LG.

LG can't replace the product until he uploads his report to them. I am still waiting for this to happen.

I have been without heating, in winter in Ballarat, for 19 days and counting.
