Rang and asked if could do a cheaper quote on roadworthy, as he’s old fashioned he wouldn’t accept a email copy of quote. Had to get my 63 year old arthritic Mum to drop it in as I commute to Melbourne for work everyday. Once dropped off he advised would need to look at car, which he didn’t advise on first call. Instead of negotiating with me he became aggravated. Now the repairs for the car have been delayed because of his alluring offer of a cheaper quote. Poor customer service with little knowledge of how to step into the 21st century.
