I would like to thank the two young men who helped me when I went into Optus Ballarat yesterday with an internet problem. One was Norman and the other name I did not get. (He will know who he is) They could not have been more helpful, polite, pleasant and competent. I had reason to return a second time and Norman again helped me....again with the same helpful and pleasant attitude. They solved my problem (at least so far!) and it is so much appreciated when you are greeted in this way these days.
