Sectrol has treated it's staff terribly for years. Staff had become fed up to bullying and poor working conditions and no support from management. In response staff provided ideas that may assist the company. It was ignored and a whole department was made redundant due to the companies inability to treat people with respect. What's left of the staff are under intense stress and overworking.
