Extremely disappointed & discusted

Person with special needs was charged a $60 fee when it could have been avoided if staff in the office had listened. On 5/2 round 2:30pm.

Great service and any query I have had is dealt with expediently.

Great service and very friendly drivers have been using them for past nine years since moving to Ballarat. Love using the app to book my taxi and watch it driving to my address as I know to just walk out and hop in.
