Have to say this is one of the worst house experiences I have ever had. This builder allowed all the contractors to throw buildind rubbish into a raised slab section which collapsed 250mm over 4 years and ripped 3 phase electrical out of the ceiling. Was contacted within the 10 year building insurance and stated he would repair but never did. On top of this he built all the decking usind standard tek screws in mounting plates which should have had 10mm bolts. The screws rusted through and the deckink collapsed almost injuring 4 family members. Wouldnt touch this builder with a 10 foot pole.
