Aidacare

My mother wanted to trial some electric tilt chairs to see what was suitable for her to purchase.I spoke to a gentlemen at Aidacare,who said he could bring out a cpl chairs for mum to try,he forwarded me am email with brochures and a quote for both chairs,as he did not wish to waste our time if mum found them too expensive.I was told to respond to his email if we wished to go ahead,this was done with a yes please,could you give us a date and time.2 weeks following I had no reply to my email,I phoned showroom and was given the reps phone number to contact direct,I attempted to phone,left a voicemail msg to call me back,to date some weeks later I have had no response to my phone call.

Some time ago my mum was approved for a new wheelie walker by her HCP provider,the wheelie walker was provided by Aidacare.

It was 8 months before my mum received this wheelie walker from Aidacare as they continually stated it had been delivered to my mum,finally after lots of complaints to my mums HCP provider it was found that the wheelie walker was still in there storeroom.

We have since gone to another company for a chair,my call was answered immediately a date set for 4 days following to bring the chairs out and the rep could not do enough to help.

Stay away from Aidacare.

You never get any sense from 3 women at the desk. I ordered a walker for my daughter. It was to arrive the following week. . Nothing ! Neither the next week. NDIA contacted them , oh we forgot to send you the invoice. RING ALSTONVILLE I GOT A WALKER DELIVERED THE SAME DAY AND CHEAPER.
