This company deserves no stars. Absolute shocker. As the previous customers mentioned, this company is no good. Paid $165 for 30 mins "check up". The guy was not able to fix anything as he did not have the part for my broken freezer. I have called them on numerous occasions over one month regarding the order of the part and have been told that the technician would follow up and call. Not once did I receive any calls. It was always the same guy "Jake" answering the calls and he is not helpful.

This company sent me an invoice overcharging me for their time and after 4 emails from me I still haven't had a response.They still have my coffee machine which they quoted $517 to repair and the machine is only worth $600.
They want over $200 to tell me this.

worst experience ever! expensive, didn't turn up when scheduled. made us pay up front for a part that did not work. admitted they hadn't checked the machine out properly. said i would get refund on the parts as they didn't use them and took them back. got no refund, no-one will return my calls. ended up having to get a new washing machine. will be going to Fair Trading to report them.

Very disappointing experience. I had to constantly chase them up, they frequently changed bookings, replaced an expensive part (my expense) then broke the washing machine control installing it. In the end I spent hundreds of dollars and had to buy a new washing machine anyway. They did not refund the cost of the part as promised. Would not recommend.

Whatever you do don't use this company. Have a look at product review and see how often they rip off customers. They don't know what they are doing and charge top dollar to do nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST.
