I rang for a quote as i have a large job comming up. My phone call was answered by a very gruff male who asked for my phone no. and said he would ring back. He also complained to me that i gave him the ph. no. too quick. I had him reat the no. to ensure accuracy. I have never heard back from this person. I rang Graham Concrete who were very friendly and helpful and have now booked my job with them. Just remember your employees are your best advertising vehicle and i can assure you not only have you lost a big job i would not recomend Holcim to anybody.
