A1 Magic Carpet Cleaning

Poor service. Dodgy character. GET ANOTHER QUOTE! Sam broke one of our ceiling vents - would not open after he had manipulated it. He said it was no big deal & advised to get a screw driver and break off one side of the flap! When confronted about this, he was adamant that it was not his fault and blamed the vent for being stuck in a closed position. He claimed to be doing this job for 20 years - if he actually did, he would not be damaging a vent. He had to be prompted to clean the grill covering the main duct after doing some shoddy duct cleaning. The heating duct going upwards to the main unit was only cleaned halfway and hubby had to get a much longer brush to reach a further 1.5 m to get rid of more dirt the following day. Did not issue a receipt but I wouldn't get in touch with this man again. I'll just make sure the ATO knows about this. I would score this business zero star if that was an option. If you check their website: A1magiccleaning.com.au, it's suspended. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Don't get sucked in by their much cheaper rate because for someone who claims to have been doing this job for 20 years, hubby could do a much better cleaning job than this man.
