Please be careful and do your homework. I employed this person to design my 3 townhouse development assuming I was paying a professional. He missed a massive 30,000 litre Melbourne Water pipe in the easement. I only discovered this once my plans had already been fully endorsed by council and after I had ceased working with Mazark. Melbourne Water then rejected the entire development and Mazark was no where to be found to assist instead choosing to blame anyone he could find. Apparently I should have told him the pipe was there?. He was dragged to assist by someone who had recommended him to me!



After a lot of costs, stress and 18 months delay I have Melbourne Water approval and also have had to get the plans re endorsed. Mazark decided to hide behind a lawyer and refused to take any responsibility for the plans what so ever despite being paid a hefty fee for his work.



I have reported him to the ARBV who are looking into his conduct and there is a file open pending review and I am looking at legal action.
