Balwyn Veterinary Surgery

Never felt so disappointed and upset. Took my dog to them because my local vet was not available. He had a nose bleed and I was concerned with him bleeding. The "vet" can't hold him still,he is a golden retriever...gentle as anything! poked at his nose and made him bleed. Told me it maybe be a tumour...already knew that from Google. Need biopsy/xray but can't justify to me why as he is 13yrs old already. Even offer ct scan which would've cost me an arm and a leg. Told me ok to continue Mobic that could've made him bleed more. Did NOT offer any useful advice but charged me $66 for 10min of her time. Will check with her boss for advice and get back to me...never did. Horrible ....don't want to rate any stars but had to choose at least one
