Excellent Customer Service!

My wife and I purchased many hundreds of dollars of lighting from this store. They were excellent in servicing our needs. However, where there customer service has excelled is when things went wrong.



We purchased (on their original recommendation) Beacon's own Lucci Connect smart wifi LED light globe brand. Unfortunately, of the 10 we invested in, 4 failed within 6 months of daily use. That's a 40% failure rate!



Each time, Beacon Port Macquarie store, replaced the globe without fuss, couriering (we live 1 hours drive away from Port Macquarie) the replacement globe out to us and picking up the faulty globe at the same time. No questions asked.



However, after the 4th failure, enough was enough for us and Beacon. They recommended a complete replacement of all 10 globes for the LIFX brand for smart wifi LED globes. Ordered in and couriered out to us within a few days at no extra cost to us.



During this time, Kurt at the store, kept us up-to-date with daily email and phone communication on the progress of the. replacement.



Retail customer service as it should be!



If you want consumer electrical lighting, our recommendation is you purchase what you need from the Port Macquarie NSW store. They will look after you regardless of where you live. Anyone can sell you new goods. It's what happens when things break and you need hassle-free support that really counts.
