Think 1000 times before you take services for them. Very awful service. You will fall in their trap if thats your kids first ndis plan.Lieing people to eat ndis funding of kids who need care. They charge 1 hour ndis rate for half an hour. A therapist can take 8 sessions per day but they book 12 appoitnents and give everyone half an hour and they falsy allocate all the funding so that you dont go anywhere else. If

you tell them to release funding they will dealy it to an extent where you wont be able to have another therapist from other provider for your child. Worst therapist and keep cancelling booked appointment for therapy few hours before appoitment. They have done this to almost all people who go there. Also all therapist who work here havent even completed their graduation they can't deal kids....I want people to know their reality as it's unfair bussiness to little kids with special needs.
