Worst massage ever. The place was cold and the massage not very good

We were booked for an appointment for 3pm for three people as we have seen good reviews. However, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

At 2:40 they rang, we missed the call and called back as soon as we saw the missed call as the person who owned the phone was driving. As we rang back at around 2:45pm, they said that they cannot accomodate us anymore as they have accepted a customer already. We were just about 200m away from the place only to find out that our booking has been cancelled and IT WASN’T EVEN 3PM!!!! It was very disappointing and unacceptable because not only did she drop the phone/call on us whilst we were asking for an explanation but she made a stereotypical comment about people booking and not showing up. Excuse me, BUT NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE LIKE THAT. They should’ve said over the phone that if they called and the customer did not answer, then, they will cancel the booking. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Two of us were mums who were looking forward to the massage and ended up with nothing. It wasn’t even past our BOOKED TIME.

I don’t usually make reviews when the upset about a service but this was unacceptable - very rude just because she couldn’t explain why she cancelled our booking for three.

STAFF ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. WASTED MY FAMILY’S TIME TO GO THERE TO FIND OUT THEY CANCELLED OUR BOOKING 20MINS BEFORE BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING AND NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THEIR CALL.

My appointment was 3pm. They took another customer and told me to come back at 4pm just because i wasn’t able to answer their call at 2.39. I was able to call back at 2.43pm but they said they already cancelled my booking??



We live 30mins away from this place and ofcourse i can’t answer my phone while driving.



Cancelling/replacing bookings 20mins before my time was up.



I’m going to tell everyone about this. WORST PLACE EVER, PLS DON’T GO THERE

My third massage - WOW. The combination aromatherapy / deep tissue massage i would recommend to anyone. Amazing skills and technique by a properly qualified massuesse.

Simply the best massage i have had. Professional, polite and friendly .From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a warm friendly smile.You begin to relax, and thoroughly enjoy having your aches and pains soothed away. Then after you can enjoy a refreshing tea or water. Absolutely fantastic.
