Tweed Byron Plumbing

This is the first time I have been driven to write a review but I think it is very important everyone is warned about the owner of Tweed Byron Plumbing who installed the very expensive rainwater harvesting system in our complex commissioned late 2019.

After contact from our council regarding excess water usage during July 2021 we engaged a plumber to locate the problem. He, in turn, brought in a specialist to check the rainwater system. What they found was a system that had been incorrectly installed and hadn't functioned since being commissioned.

We then contacted Tweed Byron Plumbing via our builder Greg Clark Building. Tweed Byron Plumbing accepted no responsibility and refused to make any effort to fix the system despite acknowledging the system hadn't worked from the start. He used the excuse that we didn't get the system serviced after installation and the warranty period had expired. This is quite obviously unethical.

We have since had to bypass the rainwater system to stop the water losses.
