Sorry guys but NOT impressed with the service provided for our rental property. Unblock did NOT unblock our blocked ensuite drain. They wanted to charge an additional $176-$242 to go back and unblock our drain. We ended up doing the job ourselves within 20 minutes using a $20 Bunnings plumbers snake, a piece of wire, a camera, atablet/smart phone and putting an arm down the waste gully to remove the rocks. Unacceptable behaviour for a company to try and charge a second fee to clear an easy fix solution that should have been done with the first visit. Although Unblock did a great job replacing taps to our rental property's main bathroom for a reasonable fee, the fee you charged to put a camera down the waste gully drain, see the problem, NOT fix it, then want more money to go back to remove the items is inexcusable. If an electrician can fix this easy fix problem within 20 minutes, it makes me wonder what qualifications your tradies hold. I Would NOT recommend using this company for any plumbing services. .... grrr NOT IMPRESSED
