The worst foot massage "reflexology" I have ever had. Was extremely painful and only "massaged" my arch of my foot and just felt like she trying to push her knuckles in as hard as she could. Did not touch my heals and quickly rubbed the toes for a while 30 secs on one foot. The worst 40 mins and $40 spent. Do not waste your time
