All About Sparkle

The scary looking guy turned up 2 1/2 hours late, did nothing for 6 hours, had to give the keys back to agent so left the cleaner to finish. He left after doing nothing and had to return to fix it. He never returned the keys and now I am up for the cost of replacing all the keys. They denied all responsibility for it and hung up on my when I asked for the keys.
