Can’t believe there’s only one review the cakes are amazing the service fantastic everything is exactly what I want in a cake shop.

I don’t live close but will continue to travel to get the very best well done David.

ordered a cake for my husband's birthday. I went to pick it up and it had obviously been damaged in transit as it was smashed against the wall of the box and had ruined the icing and had a crack through it. It was also the wrong colour and had the wrong detail on the side. The girls got the owner on the phone and made me speak to him even though they knew what was wrong and should have discussed with it with him themselves but after having this ordeal with David on the phone, I understand why they didn't want to do the explaining. Immediately David blamed me for the issues with the cake saying that I was too difficult. The brief was so basic! Navy blue 30 cake with chocolate chips on the side and white piping. He said he would give me $2.50 off the $82.50 price for the issues! I ended up telling him to shove his ugly cake up his bum. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Terrible/non existant customer service and ugly looking cakes.
