I paid $220 upfront after being quoted for 3 attempts at service, normally completed in 7–14 days. Only one genuine attempt was ever made. A phone call was then wrongly counted as a second attempt. No further action was taken.

When I asked for confirmation that the job would actually be completed, I received dismissive and hostile emails from the Director instead of answers.

The service I paid for was never delivered. The conduct was unprofessional, misleading and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against using this company.
