Almost 40 days now still waiting for my door to be fixed really worst experience its a nightmare to deal with them.

There doesn't seem to be any, I have rung 3 times with promises to ring back, oh and there doesn't seem to be any quality control either.

We replaced dated (but still functional) windows throughout our house and from day 1, every Dowell window leaked! Same as everyone else here has reported - their customer service doesn't respond and simply doesn't care about integrity or delivering a product that has 1 job - to keep the weather out... after WEEKS of non response I was finally contacted back only after leaving a public review and proposing a group of unhappy customers would need to reach out to Today Tonight or A Current Affair to shed light on our abysmal experience. They came back to "fix" the leaks but only resolved the issue for 1 window, all the others still leak?!?!?! Again someone was sent out to replace them entirely AGAIN and requested that I sign a document declaring I accepted "no warranty" for the windows I had just spent thousands and thousands of dollars on - obviously I did not sign it and surprise surprise the windows STILL leak, so now I am talking with my Solicitor and proceeding to fix this mess in court.

Amazing customer service great value for money and most of all after service flawless. we will never use any other company windows and doors double glazed fantastic quality
