Lock King

After having spent a lot of money with this company on a site I maintain I decided that this company would be the first choice when it came to updating locks in my own house given that Lock King had changed nearly 75 locks onsite, made a working master and slave key system etc etc

I called today to advise I have 2 Lockwood Dead Locks I want to have re keyed and I would need to purchase 2 entry sets which I would like to be keyed with the 2 dead locks I was to bring in. Spoke to one of the staff, no issues, drop them down and will do while you wait

Arrived about half an hour later to be greeted by a bloke resembling a want to be surfie. Explained had called a short time ago, need to get 2 entry sets and have both entry sets and my dead locks keyed alike He gave me a blank look and told me he had no idea what I was talking about. I explained again that I had called, asked if the other staff member was there which he again rolled his eyes and said he still did not know what I was talking about and that there was no one else there.

Tried a third time to give a very simple explanation but he clearly did not want to work today and stated could not do while I wait

Went then to Eastern Suburbs Locksmiths and was done in 30 minutes with no hassle

These guys are fantastic and are well priced they are very nice people and very helpful!! They also have a company called advanced living solutions which do alarm systems and vacuums which I have in my house also they are just fab!!!
