A 'N' K Budget Bins

Got bins delivered promptly, then weeks later they still won't collect, refuses to answer the phone or respond to emails. Threatened credit card charge back and been promised collection but still not happened.

This company dropped the bin off a day late delaying our demo and then DIDN’T PICK THE BIN UP FOR EIGHT WEEKS!!! We called them multiple times a day over this time period. They never return voicemails, when they do decide to pick their phone up once every couple of weeks they swear that the bin is getting picked up that day only for it to remain in our verge killing the grass. This happened about 4 times before they finally came and got it. I agree with comments below- this industry requires regulation as we were unable to find anyone to report them to.

Booked a bin for 4 days. Full month on now and it's still occupying the City of Swan's verge at the front of my place. Needs to be some regulation in this industry.

Impossible to contact. Never on time. Don't waste your time

Routinely drop off late...then pick up days later while blocking your driveway.

Never answer the phone. Avoid!!!!!

The bin i ordered from their recomendation was far to big for the job. I asked to see if i could get a small refund as i had been given the incorrect information with regards to size. (I only needed 1/3 the size). The phone lady got very narky and angry telling me to blow it up my @$$
Very unprofessional and poor customer service. We were just haveing a chat not an argument.
She said she doesn't need people like me ringing her.
Some people just have bad days and take it out on others i guess.

Great service and much cheaper than the rest.
Cheerful lady on the phone told me everything I needed to know. Guy dropping off the bin also friendly and helpful.
Rang office at 6pm Friday (expecting to leave a message) to ask about early pickup of bin. Lady cheerfully answered asked round and sorted it. Picked up 8 am Saturday.
Great service, friendly family vibe.
