Bayswater Dental Centre

Our family (2 adults + 2 children) have been coming to Bayswater Dental for nearly 10 years - we have never had a problem with them. It is a family run practice - very clean, friendly staff, very efficient and accommodating. Dr Williams is never pushy, he explains all your options (eg, when my children needed braces), and does not over charge. We travel close to 18 kms to get to this practice, they were recommended by another family, but it is worth it. They are so easy to deal with and puts your needs first and foremost. My husband (who was going to a dentist in the City) has had to see Dr Williams to fix a root canal job gone wrong (from his previous dentist). Our family's dental health has been very well looked after thanks to Dr Williams and his staff.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are with HBF.
We chose this practice because they were a HBF PROVIDER.
They pulled out of that a few months ago and consequently we've just had to pay $250 extra for General Dental Work.
We were sent a REMINDER for our annual check up, BUT there was no mention that they are no longer a HBF Provider.
It is unprofessional and dishonest.
AND the receptionist, Natasha, should be made aware of this.
She couldn't understand why my husband's rebate was so low when he handed her his HBF CARD.
And I sat there a few days before, while an elderly lady was asking her why she had to pay, when normally her HBF Gap Saver covered the whole lot.
TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
