Beaconsfield Newsagency

Beaconsfield Newsagent are supposed to be a collection post for parcels. They have lost my parcel upon delivery and have no systems to check what they have done with the parcel. They void responsibility when questioned and so you just have to accept that they have lost the item. I will never use a service that uses their shop as a collection point.

been trying to make pH contact for 3 days about a parcel I need to pick up from there.. Seriously 3 days!!??
