My regular GP left and it’s taken me a while to find one near his experience and bedside manner. Today I found Dr Juni who was both extremely competent and has a lovely caring approach to me. Highly recommend

Big warning to new patients of chronic illness at this clinic, especially seeing Dr Abraham, despite what their website professes I have not seen worse treatment since being formerly diagnosed with hEDS. Went with my brother today for his appointment to provide support and am absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion and refusal to provide assistance. Dr Abraham did not even examine my brother during his appointment, even though he was provided all details of all my brother’s specialists up front & could confirm via phone that he was a patient at those clinics (and can check up on info re myhealth), he refused to provide any assistance until all of my brother’s previous medical records arrive at his clinic, insisting that my brother make the trip out again this afternoon (with a back injury and chronic illness) if the records arrive in time. To be clear, my brother was not requesting pain killers or anything like it, he simply needed an examination to check for any damage to his back requiring urgent attention and a medical certificate to see him through until he can see his regular specialist GP on Friday. We were not advised when booking the appointment that any of this would be necessary, and I am appalled at the complete and utter lack of care provided today. I will be letting other people on the EDS & MCAD forums know about this as I do not want anyone else with this debilitating genetic condition to be treated (or not treated) the way we were today.
