My wife's jacket was significantly damaged during the cleaning. We took it back too discuss what could be done.

The owner was unbelievably rude, took no responsibility, had no interest in discussing anything.

We were just astounded by how rude this man was.

Things happen, not everything comes out as you would hope but the complete lack of responsibility this business owner took made me sure i would never take any business back and urge no one else to.

Terrible, terrible dry cleaners NEVER again... I took my husbands' brand new white Declic shirt in to get pressed before our wedding, the guy told me he needed to wash it before he pressed it as it's a new shirt I told him its no problem do what you have to do and he will pick the shirt up tomorrow. On the morning of our wedding my husband went to pick up the shirt there was a yellow stain on the cuff, striped black stains on the both sleeves, purple stain on the bottom of the shirt and he blamed it on the shirt. He told him the stains were already there, the shirt was in perfect condition when I left it. He was not apologetic about it at all even when my husband told him it was our wedding day. He was adament the shirt was faulty. We then had to race to Declic to get another shirt, the staff were shocked as they havent had anything like that happened to any of there shirts......... And we still had to pay for the shirt to be washed (ruined) and pressed.

Seaview Dry Cleaning has been dry cleaning our childrens school blazers for the past five years. It is clearly a well-run operation and the other day they were smiley and cheery as I was one of many parents rushing there early on the first day of term having forgotten to pick up the freshly cleaned blazers.
