I only have good things to say about Brendan. He has patiently worked with me as I went back and forth on our plans undecided with what I wanted in my home. Our land registration delayed for 6 months and he waited without any pressure until we were ready to lodge to Council. He is the best draftsman very particular with his designs and also takes into account how to maximise efficiency for building. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is proud of his work and if you drive through all his finished product you’ll realise that his drawings deliver incredible homes with a higher end market value. He is so experienced with DA processes, Basix requirements, surveys, light, views.. we cannot recommend him highly enough.

We engaged Brendan to design our family home in 2019 and felt at ease from the very start.

Brendan not only takes the time to review your council’s DCP requirements but also take’s in to consideration the orientation of your land and reflects all of this in his initial and final design.

After giving Brendan our brief and scope I think we had minimal changes on request by ourselves on our second meeting as 90% of our vision and requirements were met in our first meeting.
