The service that I received from Dr.Carina Limgenco is excellent.She explained everything to me in a very clear manner.She was also kind and friendly.All of the staff was great they were helpful and kind.I am so glad I chose Beckenham Medical center. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

Well well, i dont know if its just racism or the receptionist was having a bad day,, we walk in and sit down being our first day not knowing you have to go to the desk first and she calls my friend to go to the desk and starts yelling at her,,

receptionist:“next time you just dont sit their , you have to come to the desk and ask for help, do you have medicare? My friend is like yea i have medibank?

Receptionist : not medicare? Do you know you have to pay ?

My friend:yes i know

Seriously is that how you talk to a sick person ?

Shouting to ensure everyone hears what happened to privacy?

Anyway we cancelled the appointment finaly
