Well done!

I had my main water pipes burst.
The first person to come out did nothing.
Then I called AMS.
AMS response was great, the ladies in the office keep me informed the whole time (and AMS turned up then they said they would). They were able to sent out the right person to find the leak under the stamped concrete driveway. Then tell me the time the plumber was to come, all were friendly and worked hard the fix the burst pipe in no time at all.

All in all a great job.

The gentleman plumber, called &arrived on time. He was very thorough, asked questions to determine what was wrong & had the answer in no time. He was very lovely, courteous & he explained everything to us & we understood everything he said. I even called the manager & told him how wonderful the plumber was. We wish every tradesman was as lovely & courteous as this gentleman was. Thank you AMS.

I have never been happier with a trade service than when I recently called ASM for a plumbing nightmare. Their plumber not only arrived promptly, he fixed the problem in half the time I thought it might take. I actually made it out to my party in time! He was professional, letting me know what he was doing and his work was quality and neat, no cleaning required! I don't know much about plumbing but I was also impressed with the price for an urgent job, no excessively pricey bill at the end of it! Thankyou again AMS, I no longer dread calling out a plumber and I will definitely be giving you a call if I have any house dramas in the future.
