My daughter (12) just completed Stephanie's Mindset for Kids 10 week group program. She was hesitant at the first session, like all other participants, but Stephanie's natural caring approach soon had her excited and ready to go to every session.

12 developed may skills such as self confidence, positive thinking and talking, and anger and anxiety management, along with some great friendships within the group. This has prepared her with the many skills that she will continue to build on with her transition to high school next year. It has also allowed her to gain coping stragegies to assist her with her father and my recent separation.

I would highly recommend this group to all children in the 10-14 age group, as it gives them an insight into skills they need to develop to live their best life. Our kids are facing many more challenges growing up these days, and this course awakens them to age appropriate ideas and coping mechanisms for life.

I will be enrolling my (10) when the next course becomes available.

I was fortunate to have secured the services of Dr Stephanie Azri over a 2 year period in the capacity of a professional supervisor. I found her experiences and know how were beneficial to my practice as a Social Worker employed to work with extremely difficult clientele.
