I can confirm, if you NEED to see a doctor NOW - go here but ... be prepared to wait.

I am very local (just around the corner) and have visited here 6 times over several years.

HALF of those visits had poor reception services.

1, rang them made a booking, went in at the alloted time, checked in at reception "we have no booking for you, you'll have to wait in the queue" (last I checked, they no longer take bookings, just seen to as per arrival/checkin).

1 teleconsult, that never rang me (but billed me)

1 turned up, checked into the queue, after 2hr wait and seeing others who had come in after me, checked with reception and somehow I'd been skipped over/removed from the list.



So from my personal experience over several years ... a 50% failure rate of reception procedures.

But - you get what you pay for (this practice bulk bills and is a stepping stone for international doctors getting their local experience up before moving on).

Wow . I am patient for a long time , DR Ghandi is a good doctor , but heavens for it if you get sick and need a DR . When you sick not 3 days later , you can NOT pass the one particular receptionist, who’s so arrogant she think she’s a Police . My doctor told me I can request a Tele conference any time if I have an urgent matter , but can’t pass the police receptionist. Well congratulations you madam just lost a patient
