I recently bought a second hand car from Canberra Toyota at Belconnen and Rob and Lewis were really great. No pressure, just happy to help me with every enquiry I had. They were fine about me taking my time to check out other cars first, and even after paying my deposit they made me feel they were there to help me. A truely great experience, after dealing with other dealers who were rather dismissive of me.

1. "Jesse", The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful & hopeless business manager ever.

2. They had sent my personal information to a wrong email address and they were not guilty at all for their blunders.

3. Five different incorrect invoices and I was doing an audit of their every hopeless work.

4. The car was actually driven almost 1200 kilometres more then what was they had initially mentioned.

5. Be very mindful what they offer before paying a deposit and what you actually get afterwards. Before deposit they will offer you free delivery, however, when you are locked after paying a deposit, no one will be willing to help you.
