Just WOW for rudeness!

Picked up my daughters birthday cake that was supposed to be the numeral 2.
It looks like a 1.
I called to tell them that I was unhappy about paying $80 for a cake that looks nothing like a 2, the young girl basically said "there's nothing we can do about it."
I suggested I send her a photo so she can see what I'm talking about and just then then a rude and obnoxious man came to the phone and screamed "do whatever you want, don't threaten us and don't call here again." He hung the phone up.
I had guests here at the time that heard how rude he was to a paying customer.
They all urged me to let others know how rude this man who I know to be the owner of the business is.
My faimly and friends buy all our cakes from there and have spent thousands of dollars in his store. But to be treated in such a way is appaling. I have never come across anyone so rude that didn't offer to rectify the situation to keep there long serving customers happy.
Not in this place, that's for sure. Only good for taking your money.
