Steerling Crane Truck Basically, the truck arrived in WA not 90 tonnes rated as advertised it was a 55 tonne when it arrived



Crane on the truck was advertised as in current certification and working however it has major issues not safe with bits missing and Not Working!!



Richard Director of National Trucks has failed to supply proof of certification said it's in his office somewhere,.every request that was made inc pricing and explaining what was wrong with the crane and to have itemized invoice from the crane repair place in Perth was presented to National Trucks, however, emails, in the end, were ignored, letters from Lawyers were ignored, crane not rectified, However, National trucks kept mentioning a $3000 centre switch that no one seemed to know about, but yep that needed repairs as well, so in the end, they knew crane was faulty!! now our small family business is facing to recover some costs through courts, if you have had similar issues with this business please message me,
