If I could give less than one star I would. I have NEVER been spoken to the way I was spoken to by this company. I was yelled at, belittled and laughed at. The way they treat the 'clients' is a joke. If you can avoid using this company please do. I missed 2 payments due to a major health issue (that's right 2 monthly payments) and i had fully communicated the entire time and had already made a payment arrangement and then get treated like this. I even asked to speak with a manager and she was worse!!!!! How can they even be in business????? Absolutely shocking. And to top it off I have advised numerous people of my experience and am told that team is renowned for this. I literally shake before I have to call this company. It makes me feel sick to have to pick up the phone to them. Why on earth wouldn't they do something about it. Read as many reviews as you can NONE of them are good.
