Crocodile Lock

First the Lock was sent to the wrong address! I had to redirect it to the correct address which was a hassle.(Refund was given)



I finally received the lock and it doesn’t fit my electrical box. Innocent mistake!!!



But when asked for a refund i was told a $30 restocking fee!

I buy online all the time and i never come across restocking fee’s!

Good companies just don’t slug the customer for such a stupid fee for a small item.

I was happy to pay for return postage.



I will be sure to read the fine print in the future.



I don’t recommend this company, they don’t care about the customers only $$$ Disappointing!

Brilliant service from the staff. Ordered a lock one day it was here the next. Lovely friendly email sent to say the lock was on its way. The lock arrived with an invoice, and a hand written message to say thank you (and my name was spelt correctly). Super little joke attached too. What a team can’t rate them enough. Well done all

I needed an Energex padlock. I ordered it yesterday and have received it today - less than 24 hours later. Great service.
