Population getting older, slower at processing of data. The world is more complicated and complex, more data to absorb, delivered with time wasting technology. People talk faster to communicate information overload, less communication results, organization becomes less 'fit for purpose'. PLEASE Less recording for unused research and greater patient empathy!
