Lakeside Air

For many years our ducted air conditioning system had been regularly serviced by various local companies, and we were never happy with it's performance. A friend highly recommended Lakeside Air and Kasandra promptly visited. She serviced our air con and diagnosed the problem of faulty zone motors and a useless outlet. Kasandra replaced the motors and isolated the outlet. The system is now working perfectly. Such a shame we have had to endure the past summers and winters without our air con performing properly. Four years ago Lakeside Air installed a split system in a small extension to our house. They recommended an annual service, which we were happy to do as we are 150 metres from the ocean. At the same they have annually serviced our existing ducted system. This year the office was very accommodating and prompt in fitting in with our schedule. Their service person was for the third year Cassandra. She arrived at the correct time and within an hour and a half had : tested, cleaned, remedied two faults with simple part replacements, then test run each system. The part replacements were explained and all work done in an efficient manner. Lakeside Air are a good company to deal with and Cassandra is an excellent employee. Happy to recommend them. We are very satisfied with the efficient installation of the Air Conditioner Unit. The office staff (and related staff) were very business like and always returned phone calls and kept appointment times. The tradesman were quick and cleaned up after the installation and fixed a few issues with existing pipes (from a previous unit not installed by Lakes Air) . We can recommend Lakes Air. We were so happy with the service we received from Lakeside Air from our first contact with the office staff. The job was started on time & finished on time for the agreed price. The crew were very professional, friendly and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. Even though our ceiling cavity was a difficult & awkward place to work the work crew never once complained. They just got on with the job.
