      Gillian offers a friendly, confidence-building training service, especially for people 50+, to use their devices independently.

      With a background in using computers for work involving data collection and report writing over many years, Gillian understands that learning new programs on new devices can be challenging. She has run her training business for 20 years and gets great joy when the satisfied client says, "I can do this by myself!".

      Gillian offers personalised computer, iPad, tablet and smartphone lessons at your home or office from beginners to advanced; individuals or small groups. Lessons in the home include: email, managing photos, internet banking, preparing and uploading job applications, buying tickets, accessing myGov and Facebook.       My grandkids have been trying to teach me but the speed they go at is just a blur. I feel so inadequate. Am I able to be trained?

      We firstly work out by phone what you would like to learn. At the lesson, we train at your pace. You are in control of your device - not us! We make notes together showing what to do step by step. We rework the steps to make sure that they make sense. Sometimes what made sense at the lesson does not make sense when you are practicing at home. If necessary, we have one (or several) follow up lessons to help you become independent and confident.

      Excellent Service and support for Seniors needing IT skills and computer programs.

      Good Professional Service
