Meter not working got charged $70 for 15 minute ride.Then unable to call operator to talk to as there is no option to talk to anyone

Booking a taxi for the airport - pickup not guaranteed

I booked a maxi taxi a week in advance (#8316 3917), checked two days before, and the morning of departure. Half an hour past the booking time, we took two cars to the airport. Short term parking for 5 days cost $250! On return, I complained, to be told that no booking, irrespective of destination is guaranteed. Now I know!

Don't use!!!!

Booked taxi, it didn't turn up. Had to walk 4 ks to the airport, and nearly missed my flight. No rior warning, just a . message" awaiting driver acceptance" I will never use again

Can’t find a driver

Booked a cab to go to the airport cab was late so phoned up although we pre booked 2 days before they informed me they couldn’t find a taxi and they would call when one was available.

terrible customer service

rang 2 different days to order a taxi to pick us and someone else for a lunch date. both times over 30 minute wait

couldn't couldn't get further in the using than your order is being processed. will never use again

Disgraceful

Today l flew back from work to Perth by Skippers its raining plane was delayed, skippers dont do shuttle bus so l thought taxis outside jumped in Taxi 750 said domestic airport he replied get shuttle bus l said they dont have one so thats why lm getting a taxi, so we are just sitting there l asked why aren't we going he said he was going to wait up to 2 hours to get a better fare l though he was joking but no he wasnt moving, l didnt think they could refuse a fare but this arrogant poor personal hygiene driver wasnt moving, yet when reading black and whites standard for vetting drivers this one slipped through the cracks what a pig, never again

Over charging as Extras

I took BW station vagon no. 688 on 20th July 2017 from Perth Airport. Driver started with $6.50 extra. When I go through charges shown in the taxi, there were no such extra charge of $6.50 shown. At the end of the trip he charged me trip fare of $61.30 plus extra $6.50 plus $3.50 airport charge. First I asked for a receipt which doesn't show extra fare and only shown total as $71.30. Then I demanded a receipt showing extras which he only given with showing extra as $3.50. I questioned about $6.50 extra which he replied as extra charge for a wagon and I can asked asked that from the company. When I was taking a picture of the fare shown and his taxi number, he racially abused me as every XXXX are like that. (Naming a certain country which I am not).

At the end I complained this to the company after several attempts and they have inquired the matter urgently (That was the only plus part). At the end driver agreed to refund the extra charge he tried to rip me. But this guy may be ripping other customers everyday like this.

My advise is if you take a BW taxi, please keep in mind with extra charge. Fares are displayed inside the car. Demand for receipts showing extras separately.

My mum caught a BW at perth airport saturday night her bag was thrown in the back with her the driver asked her to hold his phone continually asked for directions and didnt listen drove super slow ( mums 78 ) i complained to BW on behalf of my mum twice and no follow up phone call both times saying " i will follow this up and get back to you " another time they just didnt show up and mum was had a dr appointment / when she had cancer.. done their dash Dont use Black and White taxis. Worst taxi company.Even after spending 5 days in hospital and waiting over an hr in pain i might forgive. But after booking a taxi 24hrs in advance for my sister in laws funeral and never showing at all. They all can go and get stuffed.

Not impressed. Booked a taxi from Murdoch University to Perth Airport, and carefully explained the exact pick-up location and time. Got a call from the taxi driver just before the pick-up time saying he wasn't sure where to pick me up from. I asked where he was, but he broke off conversation with me to talk to some guy I could hear in the background. Next thing I know, the driver has rang off. I then rang Black and White cabs, and the operator said that according to their records, the taxi driver had already picked me up! So it looked as though the driver was approached by someone else halfway through my phone conversation with him, and picked the other guy up instead. The operator tried and failed to get through to the driver and then his supervisor, and said she could only offer to re-book, with no guarantee as to when the next taxi driver would arrive - not what you want to hear when you've got a flight to catch! Plus, the pick-up time the operator had for the booking was wrong, by ten minutes. Cancelled the booking ... would never use this company again.
